The Morning After are an Australian four piece Rock/Alternative band from the Mornington Peninsula, Victoria.
Their line up consists of:
-Sandi (vocals/guitar)
-Tim (guitar/vocals)
-Jackson (bass/vocals)
-Jezza (drums)
'The Morning After' formed in mid 2008, rocking out in
a bedroom, fueled by their passion for music.
with no shows under their belt, the band took to
the studio first, recording a 5 track E.P/Demo at Break Away Studios.
received very well by their friends and family,
they received their first show at the Arthouse on December 23rd, 08'.
09' consisted of MLG Battles, Emergenza Battles and the band's first
support shows with the likes of 'Dappled Cities' and 'Phillidelphia Grand Jury'.
Also playing at venues such as the HiFi Bar, Ding Dong Lounge, Rubys Lounge
and Noise Bar.
10' so far has been a step up, as they were chosen to support
'The Bright Star Alliance' at Destroy All Line's 'Bada Bing' at Pier Live,
competed in MLG's 'Epic Showcase!' Grand Final at Pier Live,
and again, at Pier Live, were selected to support Behind Crimson Eyes
and 28 Days.
The boys also hit Break Away Studios once again to record yet another
5 track E.P/Demo. COMING SOON.
