Late 2009 saw Mark disappear to the U.S of A for a couple of months, where he, notoriously sung 'The Rainbow Connection' and 'Every Sperm is Sacred' with Seth McFarlane at a dingy Karaoke Bar in LA whilst Leonardo Dicaprio watched on with astonishment and wonder - -
Unfortunately, neither Leo, nor Seth offered him the film composition rights to 'Shutter Island' OR the chance to voice a new character in 'Family Guy'.
That said, Mark did walk away with a bundle of new songs under his belt, a head full of inspiration, a heart full of rejection and a belly full of DR Pepper.
